Payment and Cancelations

For Photography

We take payment thru PayPal and Cash in Hand.  To schedule your appointment we require a 25% down payment of the total cost and the rest no later than 72hrs. before the day of your appointment.  We also require a 72hr. notice to cancel or Change your appointment and for you to receive a refund.  After the 72hr. limit there will be no refund of the down payment.

For other Services

For our other services we offer we also receive payment Through PayPal, Cash in hand or a Cashiers Check.

For residential computer repair, we accept payment on the completion of repairs.  Commercial computer work such as Website Design, Logo Design Packages, Web 2.0 Marketing, Information Architecture, Flash Design, Custom Programming, Content Management, Ecommerce and Web Development we require a 50% down payment of total cost.  This is required before we start work on your purchase and the rest of your payment is required before we hand you’re your web site over to your control and use, weather the payment is through a payment plan or one lump sum before your site is Completed.

We may work with you, if needed, on the payment of the services offered at our own discretion.

Portraits

Photography Taken by Imburne Technical Advisors is and remains our property.  Only when we hand portraits over to the Photographed Customer do they receive rights to their photographs.  You are not to reproduce our information and images on this site unless authorized through the sale of the product, service or otherwise by a written release signed by us.

Feedback & Website Content

We would love any form of Feedback, i.e., (comments, ideas or suggestions), to improve on our ability to serve, communicate and put information at your (our customers) fingertips.  Any feedback we receive will become and remain Imburne exclusive property under copyrights and property rights.  Imburne reserves the right to use any feedback we receive in any means we deem necessary without any restrictions compensation in any way to whoever gave the feedback.  If you do not like the Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you do not submit any feedback including confidential information, artwork, product ideas, computer code and original work.
